EVENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To be allowed entrance into these private on board events, your cruise MUST be booked directly through Cruise Planners. No exceptions.   If you make your reservations through the cruise line or any other travel agency, you will not be permitted to enjoy any of the special events being offered. An Event Pass WILL be required for entrance to events.

CRUISE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Cruise Planners is a full service travel business, however, Cruise Planners is merely a selling agent for the individual cruise lines, and we make no warranties express or implied. Cruise Planners is not responsible for last minute changes of price or itinerary by the cruise line, or any errors or omissions displayed on this or any page. Please be advised that any special amenities or events associated with this cruise are for guests booked through Cruise Planners and Daylee Travel Events only. Prices listed are per person, cruise-only, and are based on double occupancy. Taxes ($220 pp) and Gratuities ($90.65 pp) are NOT included. Rates and availability are subject to change and may not be available for desired dates of travel. Prices are not guaranteed until the deposit or full payment has been made on your booking and you have received a confirmation number from your booking agent. Additional restrictions from various suppliers may apply. Single rates, if available are by request only – single rates displayed on this site are for reference only. Please review all terms and conditions prior to booking.

Deposits:
The cruise deposit is 20% of the stateroom cruise fare. The deposit is refundable if cancelled on or before April 18, 2017.
* Suites may require higher deposits.

Cancellation fees: 
The Cruise Line may impose a per-person cancellation fee. Please refer to the cruise line website or brochure for full details.

The Princess Cruise Line cancellation dates are as follows:

April 26, 2017 – 10% of total cruise charges
May 14, 2017 – 50% of total cruise charges
June 11, 2017 – 75% of total cruise charges
June 25, 2017 – 100% of total cruise charges

We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance. Information will be supplied to you when your Cruise Planners agent contacts you. We also recommend that no additional non-refundable travel plans be made until April 15, 2017. We have until this date to sell the minimum amount of event passes to insure that the event is not cancelled.  The Daylee Travel Events team will make every effort to insure that all on board events take place as scheduled. If the on board events are modified or canceled, all Princess Cruise Line cancellation policies outlined above still apply. If the event is canceled by Daylee Travel Events, the event fees will be refunded. However, all other Princess Cruise Line cancellation policies will still apply and are the responsibility of the guest should they choose to cancel their cruise.

Information and pricing is subject to change without notice. While we do our best to insure that information and pricing appearing on this website is complete and accurate, we cannot be responsible for incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or may not be under our control. In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make other corrections. We reserve the right to change all itineraries and entertainers without notice and without further obligation.

Cruise Planners, Daylee Travel Events and Princess Cruise Lines neither controls, nor operates, nor are they responsible for the actions of independent contractors such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters. The above said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other injuries resulting there from. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason, you miss a scheduled sailing.

Cruise Planners and Daylee Travel Events and/or its promotional partners have the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of passengers in any medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity or otherwise, without compensation to passengers, and all rights, title and interest therein (including all worldwide copyrights therein) shall be Cruise Planners and Daylee Travel Events sole property, free from any claims by passengers or any person deriving any rights or interest from passenger. A video crew may be shooting footage to be used for the promotion of future Cruise Planners and Daylee Travel Events events. When the video team is shooting any particular location/venue on the ship, your presence in said location/venue acknowledges your permission for your likeness to be used in future, non-broadcast promotional videos or still pictures. If you do not wish to be filmed please notify the video crew and be prepared for them to ask you to exit the location/venue for a short time until taping is complete.

Cruise Planners has entered into an agreement with Daylee Travel Events and all artists agree on the Cruise to be present in accordance with terms specified therein. However, Cruise Planners, Daylee Travel Events nor Princes Cruise Lines shall be liable or responsible for failure of any artist to appear on board or to perform under its agreement. Furthermore, Cruise Planners, Daylee Travel Events nor Princess Cruise Lines shall be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind to any Passenger or any other person or entity in the event that such performance is prevented or such loss, damage, cost or expense is caused by or results directly or indirectly from any act of God, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by any government agency or official acting under color of authority, acts of terrorism, labor disturbances or disputes, civil commotion, weather conditions and considerations of the safety of the vessel (for which the Master shall be the sole judge), breakdowns of or damage to the vessel’s hull or machinery, requisition of the vessel by governmental authority, illness, death of a family member or other cause or circumstance beyond Cruise Planners and Daylee Travel Event’s reasonable control. In the event of any failure of contracted artists to perform during the cruise, Daylee travel Events, in its sole discretion, may engage a replacement artist or artists, or may change, postpone or terminate all or any part of the Cruise or the entertainment program or change the program or itinerary. In such case, Cruise Planners and Daylee Travel Events shall have no liability to any Passenger for any loss, damage, cost or expense whatsoever by reason of such change.

Guest Code Of Conduct

  • Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
  • Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • During the on board workshops the speakers may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them.
  • Guests shall not interfere with the show, event, or the artists.
  • Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
  • Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
  • Guests shall not block the aisles.
  • Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket and shall provide their ticket upon request.
  • As required by Princess Cruise Lines, guests shall not smoke anywhere in showroom.
  • Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
  • Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to the Daylee Travel Events staff.
  • Guests shall comply with requests from the Princess Cruise Line staff or the Daylee Travel Events staff regarding auditorium operational and emergency procedures.

The Daylee Travel Events staff has been trained to intervene when deemed necessary and to use their best discretion to help ensure that guests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with other guests’ ability to enjoy an event. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund. We thank you for your cooperation.
